La Fin et les Moyens

International experimental exhibition of paintings, drawings and objects with participants from seven different countries. From Danmark came Else Alfelt, Bille, Egill Jacobsen and Jorn, from the Netherlands came Appel, Constant and Corneille, from Belgium Paul Bourgoignie, Pol Bury, Joseph Noiret, from France Jacques Doucet, from the UK Stephen Gilbert, from Czechoslowakia Joseph Istler, from Indonseia Harry Wiggers and Christian Dotremont organised a literary contribution.
Allegedly not just Pierre Alechinsky but also Jacques Calonne discovered the group at this exhibition and joined the group soon after.
