From the foreword:

A valuable collection of over 300 Cobra-related items came into our possession just a few months ago. We enriched this lot with some equally fine publications on this matter, from various sources, in order to create a rich and most comprehensive collection, which we are happy to presentin this catalogue. 

This collection will be exhibited and offered for sale for the first time during the 13th European Antiquarian Bookfair, held at the Amsterdam Rai Congress Centre, February 27, 28 and 29, 1992.
