Request access to the correspondence archive

This archive consists of all the documents that were found in Constant’s home and were digitalised in 2020. It mainly concerns correspondence between Constant and others, but also contains manuscripts, documents about projects, notes, sound recordings, etc. They span from 1949 until his death in 2005 — however, the majority of the New Babylon archive is housed at the Netherlands Institute for Art History (RKD) in The Hague.

To browse the archive, please fill out the form below. Access to the archive will be granted for research purposes only. As some documents are protected by copyright, a separate request must be made to the authors for any public use. Please contact us for more information.

More information about documentation housed in other archives can be found on the page Fondation > Our Work > Archives.
