Forgery. Oil painting, signed top right, 1956. We have no reasons to believe this work was made by Constant (1920-2005). The work was offered at an online auction in Ontario, Canada. After we informed them of the situation, the work was subsequently sold as attributed to Constant by the auction house. We have no idea of the whereabouts of the work.
