In 1966 Phillips commisioned Bureau Havocon (Shamai Haber, André Volten en Constant) to design a park around the 'Evoluon'* building in Eindhoven. The two schemes were rejected but an exhibition at the Van Abbemuseum was dedicated to the drawings and models.

*This building was explicitly based on Constant's Spatiovores.
