The Battle of Domažlice was fought on August 14, 1431 as the part of the 5th crusade against Hussites. The crusade was sent to Bohemia after the negotiations in Pressburg and Cheb between Hussites and Emperor Sigismund had failed. The Imperial army besieged the city of Domažlice. However, the sight of the approaching singing Hussite army of Prokop the Bald scared the crusaders and they fled en masse through the Bohemian Forest. The Hussites chased and destroyed them.
